Studio18 in conjunction with TEN is pleased to introduce astro-civics, an exhibition of large scale paintings by gallery artist andré stitt. astro-civics will be the first in a series of exhibitions to be held at STUDIO18.

this latest body of work sees a clear continuation of his exploration into brutalist architecture + the new towns of post-world war society. a deeper complexity is presented – in both its era-ambiguous motifs and in its era-transcending themes – with the past, present + future intertwined + interconnected
