An evening to celebrate the life and work of Dr Richard Price
In the tri-centennial year of Dr Richard Price’s birth, Contemporancient Theatre, Kevin Sinnott, and all those involved in Price300 are delighted to invite you to a special event to celebrate his life and work.
The event will take place on 26th September at 7.30pm at the gallery of Kevin Sinnott, Studio18 Wales, Oxford Street, Pontycymmer.
The event will feature a reading of new poetry by Professor Kevin Mills and fifteen other established Welsh poets, commissioned and written to celebrate Dr Price’s life and work.
The gallery will be open from 7pm for viewing Kevin Sinnott’s work, which includes, at present, the wonderful LIEBSTOD.
There will be light refreshments and a brief introduction to Price by Huw Williams of Cardiff University and from Kevin Sinnott, followed by readings from several poets.
